SMOYD Potato Farm:
SMOYD Potato Farm is owned by Kevin Smith and Carol Boyd on the outskirts of Fergus. Kevin takes great pride in growing a variety of potato crops, from Yukon Gold to Fingerlings, Reds, Blues and other variations.  We are proud to feature Kevin Smith’s crops in many of our dishes throughout our Bistro menu.

Best Baa Farms:
We choose sheep’s milk cheese products and lamb meats from Best Baa Farms for our menu because they believe in sustainable farming that benefits the welfare of their livestock and the environment that they farm. From fine artisan cheeses to lean meats, their flock of British Milk Sheep are raised on the family farm in Conn. The Best Baa Farms production facility and retail store, located in Fergus, are open to the public.

Frabert’s:
Jackie Fraser and Chef Derek Roberts believe in getting local food to local plates and they go right to the source to get it. Their combined efforts formed Fraberts Fresh Foods in The Fergus Marketplace, where customers can find local produce, baked goods and meats, ready-made-meals and local food products selected for their quality and community spirit.

River’s Edge Goat Dairy:
The River’s Edge Goat Dairy is our first choice in local goat products. From fine cheeses produced right on-site at the family farm in Arthur, to their quality control of lean and mild-tasting goat meats, everything the Wilman’s produce is done with the highest standards and a commitment to sustainable farming for the future. Their products are available to the public at their retail store, located on the farm.

Harriston Packers
Family run business that has been in operation since 1967 by the Oelschlagel family.
We specialize in purchasing only local beef and pork direct from area farmers.
Beef is dry aged the "old-fashioned way" for maximum tenderness and flavour.
The beef chosen for the Breadalbane is Black Angus and hormone free.

De Paoli Farms
Louis and Corinne De Paoli have been supplying the Breadalbane Inn with fresh home grown vegetables for the past several years.  Their farm situated in Halton Hills provides the Inn with fresh vegetables at the peak of their season.  Whether, being dropped off by Louis, or by special delivery from Kathy Egger, we can guarantee just picked freshness.  Many menu items utilize De Paoli Farm produce, as well as on our daily features.  Fresh picked, pesticide free and local, the Breadalbane Inn is proud to use Louis and Corinne as suppliers.

Cox Creek Cellars:
Wine-maker Kamil Trochta is the talent behind the extensive, award-winning flavours of the Cox Creek Cellars selection of wines. The small orchard and vineyard, located on Highway 6 between Guelph and Fergus is home to a line-up of impressive vintages, with a retail location set on the scenic property.  We use Cox Creek Cellars wines to compliment selected entrees. We encourage our customers to do the same.
