Maple Shade Dining

At The Maple Shade, we have put a clear emphasis on providing world class cuisine. Executive Chef Dean Michielsen prepares yours food with passion and has the highest regard for local products.

 

Leaves Menu ~This is our bistro style menu which has a Scottish ~ Asian flair.
It is designed to be fun with a blend of flavours and smaller portions

 

Tributaries ~This is our seafood menu.
We had a lot of fun creating this new component and hope you enjoy it as well!

 

Roots ~This part of the menu is based on “slow food”, founded on the concept of eco-gastronomy “a strong connection between plate and planet” food we eat should taste good, be produced in a way that doesn't hurt the environment, animal welfare or our health food producers should receive fair compensation for their work

 

Bark ~All Breadalbane Inn beef is Canadian AAA and dry aged for over 28 days to allow the beef to become tender and sweet through natural aging
