Roots ~This part of the menu is based on “slow food”, founded on the concept of eco-gastronomy “a strong connection between plate and planet” food we eat should taste good, be produced in a way that doesn't hurt the environment, animal welfare or our health food producers should receive fair compensation for their work
Bark ~All Breadalbane Inn beef is Canadian AAA and dry aged for over 28 days to allow the beef to become tender and sweet through natural aging
