Atlantic Salmon Gravlox
Inn cured Atlantic salmon with lemon juice and fresh herbs thinly sliced. Served
on an English cucumber and topped with sour cream

Twice Baked Mini Potato
Mini potato baked, cured and mixed with truffle oil, chopped chives and Parmesan cheese then baked again. (v)

Bruschetta
Diced field tomatoes, tossed with fresh basil, garlic and olive oil. Served
on toasted pita triangles (v)

Pine Nut and Goats Cheese
Woolwich goats cheese rolled with chopped fresh herbs and rolled with
roasted pine nuts (v)

Air Dried Beef
Inn air-dried beef wrapped over a fig and our Inn made port jelly

Breaded Mushroom Cakes
Creamy wild mushroom risotto mixed with Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Served with thyme aioli (v)

Thai Chicken Saytay
Grilled marinated chicken tenders and served with Thai peanut sauce

Farmer's Sausage
Wrapped in puff pastry and served with Dijon sage sauce

Skate Cakes
Poached skate mixed with Dijon mustard, fresh herbs and fried to perfection

Mango Goats Cheese Spring Rolls
Diced ripe mango and Woolwich goats cheese wrapped in a Thai spring roll wrapper. Served with sweet chili sauce
